Andrei, this is a difficult one. I am unable to read the two words that you too cannot decipher: I have tried a number of possible interpretations but they drive nowhere. Of course deciphering at least one should be enough. The building in the picture seems to be an hotel and it is possible that on the front, above the first row of windows, there is its name. Try to read on the original with a good magnifying glass: it could help in finding the place.
One note about your map of the places were your grand granfather has been: you have marked "Monte Grappa" a point South of Treviso, but Monte Grappa is further North of it, being between Bassano del Grappa and Feltre, both present in your map so you should have no problem in locating Monte Grappa (which is a mountain not a village).

dear friend
i suppose it.
i'm quite sure of the word Maso. Not so of Verona, but it would be a similar one also (i'm not sure at all of R of Verona, can you zoom the words?).
ciao Enrico

It's Ponte Mas, near Vignole, The building is now a Bank. Look at the Google Street view link.

thank you for zoom and so i'm not so sure as before of the last word; sure the first letter is a M, but last 2 are similar at the last 2 of FLUSS, so it's possible they are a double S. So the word would be MASS, not Maso

Sure!
Now that you have found the place, I see that my reading of the first word was correct: Vedana. If you look the surroundings of Ponte Mas you will find the "Abbazia di Vedana" a very antique Carthusian Abbey. My guess is that at the time when the caption was written on the reverse of the picture there has been a misunderstanding, giving to the Cordevole creek (the one flowing under the bridge) the name Vedana.
And the enlargements and the other pictures of the Hotel have left me with the curiosity to know its complete name: in all the pictures a tree covers a part of the name: "All'Antica Città di Co..... . Vino Birra Liquori"
Michele

at the verso I can identify:

001B Gesprengte Wirtschaft Brücke bei ???

Sono d'accordo con te Enrico si tratta del Ponte di Motta e lo sfondo delle due immagini è uguale, come il casolare sulla destra della foto.Riccardo.
